Useful Information

Dear parents and Heads of delegations,

Prize money will be given to the winners at the finance office from 18:00 till 19:00

Certificates of Participation will be presented to all participants on April 28th from 17:00 to 18:30 in the hotel lobby, serving as a tangible reminder of their unforgettable participation in the championship.

April 25th marks the arrival day for participants and guests at “Mother Theresa” Tirana International Airport (TIA).

Please look for the info desk with the logo of the event (which will be in the airport arrival area) and we will accompany you to the shuttle bus. 

Transfer services will be provided from TIA to the event venue, ensuring a seamless journey for all attendees. 

Registration and Badge Collection:

Upon arrival at the hotel, registered participants and accompanying persons are required to collect their badges from the hotel lobby, starting from 25th April, at 11.00.

Organizers payment department working hours:

To finalize the financial procedures, Heads of delegations are welcome to the organizers payment department office according to the following schedule:

26 April (Friday) 16:00 – 19:00
27 April (Saturday) 10:00 – 13:00

    8:00 - 10:30

  • Lunch

    13:00 - 15:00

  • Dinner

    19:00 - 21:00
