Taking into account the numerous questions regarding the registration process from the participants we would like to clarify the following issues:
Check-in time 14:00
Check-out time 11:00
Due to the start of the high season in the hotel and transfer organization, please inform us on the exact time of your arrival and departure as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee special prices and availability of the rooms to the last-minute reservations and changes.
Early check-in upon arrival is not possible if you don’t book an additional night in advance.
If you need late check-out, please inform us during the registration. Additional payment for late check-out will be added to your invoice according to the official hotel’s prices:
15:00 – 60 euro/room
18:00 – 100 euro/room
23:00 – 200 euro/room
